About The Auction
Our community has donated all of the auction items and services. Our auction is currently OPEN with Buy Now options.
If an item does not sell before Sept 13th, we will put it in our live auction on Sept 15th.
You can make a bid then if you like or buy now for the full price of the item.
All of the proceeds from this auction go towards our Rockwall County Children’s Advocacy Center. The CAC runs solely off community donations.

All monies are processed through our PayPal Merchant Account.
If we need to mail your item, we will charge shipping depending on how much the item weighs and where it is going.
See an item you love and want to buy it now?
Here’s what you need to do…
1. Click on the image of the item you want to buy now. It will take you to the item page.
2. On that page, scroll down until you see the button that says “Buy Now (with the $ price).”
3. Click on that button, and you will be taken to a new page. Look for the “View Cart” button at the top of that page.
4. Click on the “View Cart” button, and you will be taken to your “CART” page.
5. Once on the “CART” page, you can pay immediately via PayPal or Venmo. We will need your phone number and shipping address to get your purchase to you.
6. Or you can click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button. You will be taken to the “CHECKOUT” page. Enter your billing and shipping information. Click on the payment option you want to use and follow the prompts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you would like to watch the bidding on a special item or PLACE A BID on an item, you will need to set up an account with us first.
- To do that, click on – “ADD TO WATCH LIST”
- Once you do that you will see – “Please sign in to add an auction to the watchlist”
- Click on the button that says – “Login”
- You will be taken to a “My Account” page.
- You will see a box with “Register”
- Add your preferred email to that box.
Two things will happen:
1. You will return to the item you wanted to bid on. You can now place a bid or add it to your watchlist.
2. You will receive an email in the email box you registered.
Check that email box. In a couple of minutes, you will receive an email — “Your Rockwall County Bikes For Tykes – Teddy Bear Ride account has been created!
If you don’t see it in your inbox after a couple of minutes, check your SPAM folder. Email providers send emails to the wrong folders all the time.
That email contains your USERNAME and PASSWORD. And a link to the login page for your account. SAVE IT!!!
Click on the link to your login page. It will open in a new window.
Carefully copy and paste (or retype) your username and password EXACTLY as they are.
Once you’ve logged in to your account, you will be in your account dashboard. You can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
